truly amazing, just a few point you should edit:
1) her breasts are a bit too saggy, remember that she is a 14 year old, Ayanamis breasts are firm and well defined, you can clearly see where her nipples are.
2) too much expression, her mouth should be more linear and a bit lower, her eyes less round.
3) her hands look too soft. Ayanami is known for having quite edgy hands.
Still, amazing art, I would never be able to draw this, i can only say how it should be ^^

I agree, but the pic is far more flawed, her hips are way too narrow, wrong pelvic area and thorax is undefined, which results in wrong arm and breast placement, to name a few. thanks for the critique though)

Don't know about the hips being too narrow, they seem fine to me, however they are indeed a bit strange. I did notice while drawing the lineart that indeed the thorax is a bit too long making the breasts too low. but overall if you don't search for it there are only very little errors.
BTW, I have finished colouring: [link] It turned out well imho, even if I kinda suck at colouring.

I think she has a different hue of blue on hair, and no shadows on skin, but otherwise good job!)

You are right, her hair turned out pretty badly, and the colours I used for shadowing her face are so similar that the information was lost when saving in .jpeg format. I'll have to fix that later on.

Here, I made a lineart based on your drawing with the improvements I mentioned.
